DX51D+z Gi Galvanized Steel Sheet for Building Materia Sheet
Galvanized Sheet, as the name suggests, is a steel plate with a zinc layer on the surface. Widely used in home appliances, construction, etc. Its main feature is corrosion resistance.
1. Purpose of Galvanized Steel Plate
1) Construction industry: roofs, balcony panels, window sills, kiosks, warehouses, rolling shutter doors, heaters, rainwater pipes, etc.
2) Household appliances: refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, toasters, copiers, vending machines, electric fans, vacuum cleaners, etc.
Furniture industry: lampshades, wardrobes, tables, bookshelves, medical equipment, etc.
3) Transportation industry: car ceilings, car shells, carriage panels, tractors, trams, containers, highway walls, ship bulkheads, etc.
4) Other aspects: Color-coated steel plates such as musical instrument casings, trash cans, photographic devices, meters, etc. are based on hot-dip galvanized sheets, hot-dip galvanized sheets, electro-galvanized sheets, etc., and have been surface pretreated.
Common Galvanized Steel Sheet thickness is 0.4~2.0mm. Usually less than 0.4mm is not produced by large state-owned steel plants, but is usually produced by small private steel plants. The conventional standards are 0.35, 0.30, 0.28, 0.25, usually as thin as 0.15. It is very difficult to straighten products exceeding 2.0mm, so the quotations for products above 2.0mm also increase as the thickness increases.

3. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.
4. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 5-20 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when
(1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
5. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
30% in advance by T/T, 70% will be before shippment basic on FOB; 30% in advance by T/T, 70% against the copy of BL basic on CIF.
